FEBRUARY 2025

  • Dear Aries, the majority of celestial activity over the next few weeks centers on Pisces and your 12th house of solitude, isolation, and mental health. To say it plainly: this is a month during which you’ll either really value your alone time…or one that forces you to interact with your deepest fears. (Or both. Two things can be true!) It all kicks off with an encounter between Venus, planet of partnership and value, and Neptune, symbolic of fantasy and illusion, on the 1st. Neptune’s effect is a mixed bag: it can elevate your spirituality, idealism, and creativity…but also make you more susceptible to escapism and deception. When we’re talking about Venus, this means allowing yourself to dream big while ensuring your romantic and creative decisions are grounded in reality. Venus then moves on to greet the North Node, the hungriest point in astrology. The North Node describes what we actively move towards and does its work via fateful events or encounters. Pay attention to new trends in your partnerships, savings account, and creative pursuits around this time because they’ll be confusing and karmic…oh, and don’t let your worst fears consume you. (Also: if you’ve been reconsidering your relationship to drugs and alcohol, now’s a good time to tackle it.)

February 4th brings lovely news: Venus moves into your sign, beginning a period of extra passion, magnetism, and creativity! Due to an eventual retrograde, Venus’ stay in Aries is one of the hallmark transits of 2025, but for now, just enjoy better luck in love, art, fun, and your personal aesthetic. On February 9th, mental, chatty Mercury meets up with the Sun in your 11th house of friendship and community. Perhaps you’ve been trying to figure out where you belong or are facing conflict within your social circles — whatever it is, this day should bring some clarity. The 12th brings the annual Leo Full Moon, a chance to reconnect with your creativity and pleasure. As much as you deeply crave freedom, your inner child needs to figure out how to play within the systems we live in. Then, on the 24th, Mars, planet of energy and action, finally ends its retrograde period. As your ruling planet, Mars transits directly affect your life (you’ve been extra tired lately, right?) and since this planet has been inflaming your 4th house of home and family, you’ve had to work through any fears or conflicts relating to those topics. While things are still way too slow for your liking, they’ll soon pick up speed! The rest of February heightens the focus on your mental health, and as even more planets begin to pile into Pisces, try to allocate time and energy towards healing. The New Moon of the 28th is a perfect moment to shape your relationship with the darkest parts of your psyche.

  • The beginning of the month is very Venusian indeed, with the planet of love and beauty sweeping through your 11th house of friendship and community, making connections along the way. This life area will be the major focal point of February beginning right on the 1st when Venus joins forces with Neptune, an illusory and fantastical influence. Neptune’s an interesting enigma: it can bring spiritual revelations and spark your creative imagination like no other planet, but it also has the ability to cloud your judgment. The challenge lies in seeing the romantic and creative opportunities that lie dormant within you…without allowing yourself to get lost in the fantasy. Venus moves on to conjoin the North Node on February 3rd, so watch out for any fated encounters (romantic or otherwise), as well as creative partnerships within your existing social circles! Venus makes these last two powerful transits before retreating into Aries and your 12th house, a place of isolation and fear. This is an important transit for a couple of reasons: you’ve only just completed a major mental health transformation during which you faced (and hopefully eradicated) some of your deepest fears surrounding feelings of loneliness and isolation, and now Venus is coming in to sweeten that life area a bit. Even as you try to suppress any scary emotions, you still might deeply desire holing up in your room with all the cozy things. Lean into it. Additionally, Venus is slated to retrograde in Aries later in the year, so take note of what you feel and/or experience this month for clues as to what will transpire down the road!

February 9th delivers a Mercury cazimi in your 10th house of career and public image, during which the planet of thought, commerce, and communication confers with the Sun in order to clarify and revitalize. This day can bring brilliant revelations and career opportunities! At the very least, you’ll probably come up with some new ideas or innovative plans. On the 12th, the Moon waxes to her fullest for the annual Leo Full Moon, which lights up your 4th house of home and family. This Full Moon is all about finding ways to get what you want — while making sure your entire clan is happy. The downside is you might have to set aside your ego to accomplish this. The middle of the month deepens the Pisces action and, as the planets begin to cluster into that aforementioned 11th house, even more activity will light up your networks and social circles. It’s dreamy, almost surreal, and as long as you manage your Neptune experience (fact check! vet any new friends or business contacts!), feel free to relax and let the fantasy sweep you in its gentle current. One day to watch for is the 25th, when Mercury meets up with buzzkill Saturn. An authority figure could throw a wrench in your plans, a friend may give you the silent treatment, etc. This can also manifest as deeply feeling both the limitations and responsibilities of the communities you belong to. All of this Pisces and 11th house action culminates on the 28th with a Pisces New Moon, a clear-cut moment of setting new intentions for the communities you plan to build. Another excellent thing about February is that Mars, planet of energy and action, finally stations direct! The work you’ve been putting into your neighborhood, learning new skills, or your relationship with siblings or cousins will start to move forward.

  • Dear Gemini, your 10th house of career will be the supreme focus this month, and with more than half of February’s major celestial activity lighting up that life area, you’ll certainly have your hands full! For the past few weeks, Venus has been mitigating the influence of buzzkill Saturn while helping you make important business contacts and connections (maybe you have a new work crush?!), but in February, the planet of harmony and connection really begins to activate some themes. It begins on the 1st as Venus meets up with Neptune, a nebulous influence that could create confusion over what you want in your career and/or what you value enough to pursue. It’s important to let your imagination guide you towards long-term ideals and goals while keeping one foot on the ground and, you know, honoring reality. This is also a very creative (and spiritual) moment! Just two days later, Venus conjoins the North Node, a point of hunger and growth: you could fall back in love with your chosen path or realize it’s not right for you — whatever you experience, try to hold off on making any important career decisions until you have all the facts.

The next few days center around friendship and community and, once Venus moves into Aries and your 11th house on the 4th, the love you hold for your friends will be reactivated. Enjoy the vibes, but keep watch for any social weirdness or fighting — not only does Aries Venus answer to retrograde Mars in Cancer, it will also eventually station retrograde in Aries. Friendships from the past (and their related issues) may pop up, or perhaps you’ll be somehow prompted towards rethinking the communities and social circles you belong to. The 9th brings a potent conjunction between Mercury and the Sun in your 9th house of long-distance travel, higher education, publishing, and spiritual development. Listen for any messages regarding those topics as they can serve as guidance for any questions or confusion you may be experiencing! Then, on the 12th, the Leo Full Moon lights up your 3rd house of siblings, learning, communication, and your neighborhood, signaling a time of peak activity or even the end of a chapter in those life areas.

The career action ramps up again by the 14th, once Mercury, your ruling planet, and eventually the Sun move into Pisces. You’ll be thinking, chatting, and probably coming up with new ideas that allow you to shine at work! (Fyi, this part of your chart also rules visibility and your public image.) On the 23rd, Neptune faces the North Node, again creating some outsized confusion or even outright deception re: your chosen career path (just remember the facts!), and on the 25th, Mercury teams up with Saturn to force/help you to create structure, ask for more responsibility, or come up with a better plan. This day could also bring conflict with an authority figure. However, all of this leads up to a lovely New Moon in Pisces on the 28th, an excellent time to take all you’ve learned this month and plant seeds welcoming a fresh new cycle! Oh, one more thing — Mars finally ends its retrograde eon the 24th and, if you’ve been having financial issues or just anxiety surrounding that topic, you should begin to feel some relief. Happy February!

  • February turns the focus towards the expansion of your mind and spirit, with the majority of this month’s astrology hitting your 9th house of long-distance journeys, higher education, and spiritual experiences. This life area has felt limited due to the influence of Saturn, but Venus has been busy trying to lift the gloom and reintroduce you to the value of your chosen spiritual (or educational) path. To further these attempts, the planet of love and unity has several fateful encounters this month! On February 1st, Venus rushes headlong into dreamy Neptune, a planet that cracks open your sympathy and creativity…and your gullibility. While keeping your tether to reality taut is always important during a Venus-Neptune transit, Neptune is a spiritual influence in and of itself, allowing you to see the possibilities beyond simple mundane existence. This also influences relationships in general, so if you’re getting swept away by romance, the same advice applies! Two days later, on the 3rd, Venus confronts the North Node, a point of growth and hunger. Something karmic is occurring in this part of your chart, a bigger story that will unfold over the next 18 months: it’s imaginative and fantastical, so allow yourself to dream up infinite possibilities but don’t weave any deception (from others or yourself) into the fabric — as promising as it may seem.

On the 4th, Venus moves into Aries and your 10th house of career ambition and public image. Venus will eventually retrograde in this part of your chart, so while you may enjoy a short period of extra luck and good vibes at work, soon it will be time to reevaluate your long-term goals. While Venus is in Aries, it’s influenced by Mars retrograde in Cancer (hey, that’s you!), so this process could be a very important one. What do you want to do with your life, dear Cancer? Mars has been coming at you, heating up anger and resentment, tossing challenging situations your way, but what positive things has this transit taught you? Have you reconnected to your courage and bravery, your ability to act and decide? The answer is super relevant to your career path, so take note of any experiences or emotions that pop up during this time to help you make any important decisions. On the 9th, Mercury, planet of thought and communication, teams up with the Sun in your 8th house of shared resources and close bonds. Hosting Mercury in this house has likely influenced your mental health (and not in a good way), but once Mercury begins to soak up the Sun’s revitalizing rays, you may receive some news or insight on those topics, which can include inheritances or taxes, or even moving in with someone. Then, on the 12th, the annual Full Moon in Leo lights up your personal finances, so that period of time could be very money-centric. Expect some revelations and/or intense emotions, but it’s nothing a nice long soak in the tub can’t handle.

The rest of the month turns the spotlight right back to the ole’ eternal quest for enlightenment and, with more planets entering Pisces, that theme may feel as if it’s taking over your life! February 23rd brings a conjunction between the North Node and Neptune, so I’m going to echo my earlier advice about allowing yourself to dream while vetting everything before committing to anything. (No cults, please.) Mercury crosses paths with responsible, structured Saturn in that same area on the 25th, which will bring some form to the confusion, even if it feels limiting in some way. All of this activity leads up to a New Moon in Pisces on the 28th, a potent opportunity to consider the events of the month and plan a fresh new start! Mars will have ceased its retrograde movement by the 24th, and while that’s great news for everyone, it’s especially good for you. Process your anger and move forward.

  • Shared resources and your closest bonds are this month’s biggest themes, sunny Leo, and as February opens up with some Venusian action, you can expect to feel more positivity and ease around these life areas. Right on the 1st of the month, Venus runs into Neptune, planet of confusion, escapism, creativity, and idealism. This moment will make you feel super dreamy and hopeful about those topics, but try to keep it real and don’t let yourself get too carried away. Whenever Venus encounters Neptune, fantasies can seem like reality, and while that’s the point (don’t we all want to make our fantasies real?!), the trick is to make clear-headed choices. Only a couple of days later, on February 3rd, Venus makes another important connection, this time to the North Node. The North Node is a point of hunger and growth: energy tends to flood any life area it moves through, creating all kinds of experiences that influence your karmic path. If anything important occurs around this time, especially regarding your relationships, remember it’s meant to be karmic and confusing. On the 4th, Venus leaves Pisces and moves into Aries and your 9th house of long-distance travel, higher education, and spiritual, life-changing experiences. You’ll extra value these themes for a little while, but Venus will eventually retrograde in Aries, encouraging you to reevaluate the themes of this life area. Furthermore, when Venus is in Aries it must answer to retrograde Mars, which is currently inflaming your deepest fears, meaning the emotions and events you experience with those topics could be quite scary for you! The good news is that Mars ends its retrograde later in the month (on the 24th), prompting you to push through a lot of those fears and come out the other side.

If you’ve been harboring concerns surrounding your closest one-on-one relationships, a Mercury-Sun conjunction on the 9th has the power to bring some clarity to the situation. As Mercury receives the healing light of the Sun, it’ll hopefully banish some of that gloomy Plutonian energy so you can reconnect to your needs and desires. As a complement, the annual Full Moon in your sign lights up the night of February 12th, handing you a chance to refocus your emotional energy back to your identity and life path. Since Full Moons symbolize the end of a chapter, this could be an emotional time!

The rest of the month further highlights your shared resources…but you may feel as if you’re deep in a symbolic underworld journey at the same time. First Mercury, then the Sun move into Pisces, completing a planetary pile-up that, for you, emphasizes stagnation and darkness. I don’t mention this as a warning, more as a heads-up — and not for nothing, this part of your chart also houses some of your greatest strengths. On the 23rd, it’s Neptune’s turn to face the North Node, and I can only reiterate my earlier advice re: thoroughly thinking through any major decision, especially if it involves shared resources. The 25th brings some much-needed grounding, as Mercury encounters Saturn for clearer thinking and a better grasp of long-term implications. Saturn can be a buzzkill, but it also forces you to be responsible and serious, which is an absolute asset amongst all the Neptune vibes this month! All of these themes come to a head on the 28th with the Pisces New Moon, which features the majority of the sky hanging out in the sign of the Fish. This is an opportunity to begin a new cycle in terms of your shared resources and closest bonds, so take all you’ve learned this month and put it to good use!

  • Dear Virgo, nearly all of February’s celestial activity centers on your closest one-on-one relationships, including romantic and business partnerships. Venus, planet of love and beauty, has been gliding through that part of your chart for a few weeks now, easing the influence of Saturn and facilitating some lovely moments, so it makes sense that this theme continues. In fact, Venus is quite busy early in the month, first making a conjunction with Neptune, harbinger of fantasy and idealism, on the 1st, a day with the potential to be dreamily romantic — as long as you keep both feet on the ground. Neptune can (and likely will) infuse Venus with even more empathy and creativity, but may also cloud your perception of reality, so don’t let its influence sweep you too far away. (It’s a Saturday, so make it a date night if you can!) Venus soon moves on from Neptune to meet up with the North Node on the 3rd, inflaming your hunger for partnership and opening up avenues for moments and encounters that feel positively fated. Having done her work in Pisces and your 7th house of committed partnerships, Venus then glides into Aries and your 8th house of shared resources and transformative experiences. Venus will eventually retrograde in Aries, so pay attention to any information or experiences you receive regarding those topics, as they’ll eventually be under review. For now, however, enjoy Venus’ beautifying effect in that life area!

February 9th brings a conjunction between Mercury, your ruling planet, and the Sun in Aquarius and your 6th house of work and physical health. When Mercury meets the Sun, it receives all the illumination and vitality our star has to offer. If you’ve been puzzling over something at work, feeling insubordinate, or facing a health issue, you could receive some Mercurial clarity at this time. This could take the form of an important message or conversation, receiving new, relevant info, or even a nice long productive think session. Then, on the 12th, the annual Leo Full Moon reaches your 12th house of solitude, mental health, and your deepest fears. Are you holding on too tightly to resentment or any other emotion that holds you back? This Full Moon could illuminate those themes. At the very least, you’ll probably crave some alone time.

The latter half of February reprises the relational theme, with Mercury entering Pisces and your 7th house on the 14th, then the Sun on the 18th, concentrating the focus on that life area even further. On the 23rd, it’s Neptune’s turn to face the North Node, a transit that could trigger idealistic confusion around your current relationship trajectory. Again, with Neptune, it’s always prudent to be aware of its ability to deceive and confuse, but this fascinating planet also shows us how to dream big, so why not dare to do just that?! If the nebulousness is too much for you, the 25th could provide some relief in the form of a Mercury-Saturn conjunction. Mercury influences your thoughts, and Saturn provides structure — a dream team meant to cut through the undefinable aspects of the month so you can make a solid plan. Just a heads up: Saturn can also limit or obstruct; another way this transit may manifest is via doubts or verbal conflict. All of this leads to February’s grand finale, a Pisces New Moon dedicated to planting intentional new seeds within your closest relationships. One last thing: Mars finally stations direct on the 24th, and any conflict you’ve been facing with your friends or in your extended communities should begin to clear up, slowly but hopefully surely. Until next time, Virgo!

  • Happy February, Libra! What’s going on with your job and/or your physical health? I ask because almost all of February’s astrological activity zooms in on those life areas, beginning right on the 1st when Venus, planet of harmony and unity, conjoins Neptune, whose complicated influence can instill confusion and deception…but also creativity, empathy, and spiritual connection. (Before I move on, this part of your chart also rules pets, if that’s been a thing for you lately!) Venus is your ruling planet; its movements affect you more than most other signs. If you’re beginning a new relationship or making big moves within an existing one, let yourself become swept away by Neptune’s fantastical dreaminess, but I recommend fact-checking before making any major decisions. That said, this influence will most likely play out at work or your state of health. If something about those life areas needs some clarity, this is not the day to find it, but you could shine at work by coming up with some creative ideas! On the 3rd, Venus moves on to face the North Node, a point of karmic hunger, a day that could introduce fated connections or experiences into your life. Just one day later, however, Venus moves into Aries and your 7th house of committed partnerships! This is a pretty cute time for dating or solidifying an existing relationship — however, Venus will eventually retrograde in Aries, causing you to reevaluate your closest partnerships (including business partnerships!). Enjoy these early vibes but pay attention to any themes that pop up that may eventually need to be revisited. On a related note, February 9th delivers a Mercury cazimi, an exact conjunction between the planet of thought and communication and the bright star of our solar system! A cazimi can bring clarity and a renewed sense of purpose to the life area it graces, and as this will take place in your 5th house of dating, pleasure, and creative self-expression, try to listen for any messages or communiqués re: your current approach to dating…especially how it interacts with your longer-term relationships.

The 12th brings a Full Moon in Leo in your 11th house of friendship and community. This is a peak period of emotion and illumination surrounding these topics, one that may require you to set aside your ego to make amends. Or, it could just be a lovely evening spent with friends! However, the focus returns to your 6th house during the last half of the month, with both Mercury and the Sun moving into Pisces, guiding even more energy towards that hotbed of activity. On the 23rd, it’s Neptune’s turn to conjoin the North Node: any confusion you may be experiencing about your path probably won’t ease up, but you can use this energy as a sort of muse by dreaming up your next big moves at work. Coincidentally, Mars, which has been retrograde in Cancer and your 10th house of career, stations direct on the 24th, so whatever is going on at work should begin to reflect in your overall career trajectory. Mercury faces rule-abiding Saturn on the 25th, both in Pisces, which may help cut through any confusion so you can come up with a more grounded plan. February closes out with a Pisces New Moon in (where else?) your 6th house of work and health, so use this lovely moment to consolidate all you’ve learned this month begin dreaming up what comes next!

  • Dear Scorpio, dare I say that, out of all the signs, you have the privilege of enjoying the sexiest month?! The astrology of February heavily centers on Pisces and your 5th house of dating, pleasure, and creative self-expression…but you may have already caught the vibe, as Venus has been gracing that life area for a while now. The planet of love and beauty has a few more tricks up her sleeve, and as she meets up with idealistic (if super confusing) Neptune on the 1st, you may be seeking some clarity or at least groundedness in that part of your life! This transit probably won’t clear up any confusion or provide answers, but what it does do is give you direct access to the Muse: you’ll be extra inspired (in the bedroom and through your art). Let yourself enjoy the dreamy vibes, but since Neptune can infuse any situation with some truly unrealistic ideals, don’t bank on anything just yet. Just two days later, Venus moves on to conjoin the North Node, a point of hunger that provides ample opportunity to explore your sexual and creative nature…and aren’t these one and the same? Done with her work in Pisces, Venus enters fiery Aries on February 4th, bringing all that signature harmony and luck to your 6th house of work and physical health. This is a great time to shine at your job or start a new health routine. However, Venus will eventually retrograde in Aries, so any themes that pop up around this time will provide clues as to what you’ll be asked to reevaluate down the line.

On the 9th, Mercury joins forces with the Sun in Aquarius and your 4th house of home and family. This life area is being touched by Pluto for the next 20 years, meaning it’s being primed for deep transformation. If you’ve been experiencing any family drama or power struggles, this day could provide some clarity or a renewed sense of how to handle whatever comes your way. Then, on the 12th, the Leo Full Moon lights up your 10th house of career and public image, signaling a time of peak activity. Your career is where you shine, and though you’ve been experiencing some ups and downs with it, this lunation can show you how to draw attention to your accomplishments — as well as where your ego holds you back.

The latter half of the month returns the attention back to your creative and romantic pursuits, with even more planets piling into Pisces and your 5th house. On the 23rd, it’s Neptune’s turn to confront the North Node, and while the path forward in this life area may currently feel vague, you have the ability to shape it into its most ideal expression. Mercury does step in to help, joining forces with Saturn on the 25th to cut through the fog and encourage clearer thinking. This day may also bring some grim thoughts (Saturn can be a buzzkill), but they’ll pass. All of this focus on one aspect of your life comes to a head on the 28th with the New Moon in Pisces, which is ripe with creativity and magic. New Moons enable fresh starts, so use this one well. Oh, and I have some great news: Mars, your planetary ruler, finally quits its retrograde period, meaning all aspects of your life will pick up speed! Happy February!

  • Dear Sagittarius, the spotlight is on home and family this month, with the majority of celestial activity activating your 4th house and its myriad themes. Venus, planet of love and harmony, has been gracing this life area for a few weeks, directing your loving attention toward its topics, and February kicks off with Venus making two fateful last connections before moving on. On the 1st, Venus conjoins Neptune, a planet whose energy can only be described as beautifully confusing. This isn’t a moment to seek clarity, but one best used to dream up an idealistic version of your concept of home and family. Venus then turns her attention to the North Node, a karmic point describing what you’re hungry for right now. Saturn has been slowly giving shape to this nebulous part of your life, allowing you to plan its future, but it’s time to make some real moves. Heed the urge to dream while keeping in mind Neptune’s ability to skew the facts — make sure all your ducks are in a row before making any major decisions. On the 4th, Venus leaves Pisces and enters Aries, firing up your passion and creativity. Venus will retrograde in Aries in the near future, but enjoy these first few weeks of her steamy stay in Aries before you’re cosmically prompted to reevaluate! On the same day, Jupiter — your planetary ruler — ends its own retrograde. If you’ve been you’re experiencing “who am I?” vibes or are confused about your life’s purpose, Jupiter’s direct station should restore your abundant faith.

February 9th drops a Mercury cazimi into your Aquarius 3rd house, an illuminating moment during which the planet of thought and communication receives the clarity and revitalization of the Sun’s rays. Topics such as writing, learning new skills, siblings, and your immediate neighborhood will receive the full blast of this transit, which offers a renewed sense of purpose and strength. Shortly after, on the 12th, the Leo Full Moon beams its light onto your 9th house of long-distance travel, higher education, publishing, and spiritual pursuits, signaling a peak moment in these topics. Full Moons tend to close out one chapter to make room for something new, but they also illuminate the darkness…and a Leo Full Moon in particular can also show you how to shine even brighter!

The second half of February returns the focus to home and family, with even more planets moving into Pisces and your 4th house. The 23rd emphasizes Neptunian energy once more, and as this planet meets up with the North Node, try to ensure your idealism and hope is balanced by a firm grasp on reality. Luckily, this will prove easier on the 25th once Mercury joins forces with Saturn. The task of these two planets is to scale back the fantasy and ground you down enough to come up with a manageable plan. All of this leads up to the Pisces New Moon on the 28th, a lovely moment promising a fresh new start re: home and family. To top it all off, Mars resumes forward motion on the 24th, releasing its inflammatory grip on your 8th house of shared resources and symbolic underworld journeys. You think this ties in with this month’s themes of home? Of course it does!

  • Happy February, Capricorn! What’s been going on with your siblings, communication, learning, and your neighborhood? I ask because the meat of this month’s astrology zooms in on those topics, which have been going through it for a while due to the influence of Saturn. As your planetary ruler, Saturn’s movements are extra important, so you may have been feeling the crunch. (Conversely, it can also indicate your siblings or cousins are going through a rough patch!) However, Venus has been busy applying balm to this particular burn, and while the planet of harmony and unity will soon leave Pisces, she makes two more fateful connections in early February. On the 1st, Venus catches up to Neptune, a nebulous influence that can create confusion while fostering empathy and idealism. You may be extra creative or intuitive at this time, or perhaps feeling extra love for your siblings if you have ‘em. Enjoy the vibes, but try to keep your head screwed on straight (you’re pretty good at that, Capricorn!) due to Neptune’s ability to deceive and confuse. On the 3rd, Venus moves on to greet the North Node, a karmic point that describes where celestial energy is absolutely pouring into your life. Again, it’s a moment of confusion and/or idealism re: your life path, and the same advice applies: dare to dream, but keep it grounded. Venus leaves Pisces and enters Aries and your 4th house of home and family on February 4th, one of this year’s hallmark transits due to Venus’ eventual retrograde in this fiery sign. However, that won’t happen for a while, so enjoy the added family unity while you can!

Finances are also a theme this month, and if you’ve been stressed about money (or generally disorganized), the Mercury cazimi of February 9th will provide some insight. As Mercury meets up with the Sun to absorb its wisdom and healing, you could receive some new information and guidance. This theme continues on the 12th with the annual Leo Full Moon, which shines its light onto your 8th house of other people’s money. This part of your chart rules shared resources as well as taxes, inheritances, and grants, so expect some illuminating news or big emotions centering on those topics at that time. The 8th house also deals with your closest bonds and transformative experiences, and the Full Moon could bring that energy into your life as well — try to confront any egoic reactions throughout this process; they’ll just hold you back.

The rest of the month circles back to Pisces and your 3rd house, with two more planets moving into the sign of the fish, highlighting its topics even further. On the 23rd, it’s Neptune’s chance to face the North Node, echoing any earlier confusion you may be feeling about your karmic path forward, especially around those aforementioned 3rd house topics. Again, dream your little heart out, but vet everything and everyone until you’re sure. Fortunately, Mercury receives help from Saturn on the 25th, a day that will help clarify your thought processes enough to make a better, more structured plan. All of this leads to a lovely Pisces New Moon on the 28th, a chance to plant new seeds in this life area using everything this month has taught you! Oh, here’s some more good news: Mars, planet of action and aggravation, has been retrograding through your 7th house of committed partnerships for, like, ever…but on the 24th, Mars wraps up its retrograde and begins moving forward once more. This means any love life drama you’ve been experiencing will start to clear up. See you next month, Capricorn!

  • Dear Aquarius, money is talking this month, so get ready to listen! You’ve been feeling the financial crunch (or at least the need to get more serious about money) as Saturn transits through your 2nd house of personal resources. Things may have been looking up recently due to Venus’s influence, but the planet of love and beauty has a few more tricks up her sleeve, beginning on the 1st when she meets up with nebulous, confusing, fantastical Neptune. Venus-Neptune energy is mistily idealistic — it’s tough to gauge which way is up when everything seems perfect. It’s far from the right time to make any major financial (or romantic, for that matter) decisions, but definitely take advantage of the dreamy, creative vibe while keeping one foot on the ground. On the 3rd, Venus moves on to confront the North Node, a vortex of energy meant to draw you towards its topics, and you may feel a deep hunger for more abundance on that day. Keep watch for any fated messages or encounters, as they could provide guidance re: your next money moves! Venus moves into Aries and your 3rd house the very next day, fostering connection and unity with your siblings or cousins (if you have any), as well as any part of your life involving communication, learning new skills, and/or your immediate neighborhood. Venus is slated to retrograde in Aries in the near future, so enjoy the vibes before the cosmos asks you to reassess this life area!

The 9th brings a potent meet-up between Mercury and the Sun, during which the planet of the mind receives the full blast of the Sun’s illumination and vitality. If you’ve been entertaining any burning questions or concerns about your identity or life path, you may gain some clarity on this day. (The Moon is hanging out with Mars, so it may not be the best day, but yay clarity!) The Leo Full Moon swoops in on February 12th to highlight your closest partnerships, romantic or otherwise. Full Moon symbolism includes experiencing intense emotions, lighting up the dark, and closing out one cycle to welcome the next — however, only you know what’s going on in your relationships, so pick your poison!

The rest of the month returns the focus to your finances, with more planets piling into Pisces and your 2nd house. The emphasis is real but the confusion persists, exacerbated by February 23rd’s conjunction between Neptune and the North Node. You may be valiantly attempting to make sense of your financial situation, but again, make sure to ground yourself into reality before making any calls. To help you out, Mercury joins forces with Saturn on the 25th, a combo that cuts through the mental fog so you can see things for what they truly are. Saturn also limits and obstructs, so you may also experience this transit as a block against your goals, but it’s not one you can’t work through! All of this money madness leads you to the Pisces New Moon on February 28th, a chance to consolidate the lessons of this month so you can intentionally begin a new financial cycle. The other good news is that Mars, stationed in your 6th house of work and health, begins moving forward once more, easing any aggravation you’ve experienced in those life areas. Happy February!

  • Dearest Pisces, it may still be Aquarius season, but YOU are the main character this month! Why is that? Well, because the majority of cosmic activity falls in Pisces, meaning there will be a lot of action in your life. You’ve been hosting Saturn, a planet that teaches via rules and responsibility, in your sign for a long while and, while Venus has been doing her best to inject some fun and pleasure into your life, The Grimness™ persists. The next 18 months will be a journey of exploring who you are right now, and the beginning of February has Venus making two fated connections before moving on from your sign. On the 1st, the planet of love and unity conjoins Neptune, a hazy influence that will ramp up your creativity and empathy while making you more susceptible to illusion, deception, and escapism. Neptune is challenging to predict (how do you predict confusion?!), and while I encourage you to lean into the creative, romantic muse of it all, staying grounded in reality is extra important this month. Vet any new love interests or opportunities — heck, vet everything February throws at you — and watch your escapist tendencies if they begin to feel problematic. On the 3rd, Venus faces the North Node, a vortex of karmic energy with the power to influence your life path. You may experience fated encounters at this time, or even just some quiet (yet just as powerful) internal shifts surrounding your approach to relationships. After this one-two punch, Venus moves into Aries and your 2nd house of finances, ushering in one of the biggest themes of 2025. It’s possible you’ll see some extra cash flow, but the real story lies in the upcoming Venus retrograde in this part of your chart, so pay attention to any trends or patterns as they could reveal what you’ll be asked to reevaluate in a few months! February 4th also marks the end of Jupiter’s own retrograde, important for you as that’s your ruling planet. The shift will be subtle, but your likely-flagging hope and faith will slowly begin to restore themselves.

The 9th brings a conjunction between Mercury and the Sun in your 12th house of isolation and mental health. If you’ve been wallowing in fear and indulging in self-destructive behavior, this day could bring some clarity to light your path. Then, on the 12th, the annual Leo full Moon lights you your 6th house of work and physical health, instigating a moment of peak activity and illumination in those life areas.

The rest of the month returns the focus back to Pisces, with both Mercury and the Sun moving into your sign, completing the barrage of planets you’re now hosting! On the 23rd, it’s Neptune’s turn to face the North Node. If you’re looking for clarity re: your identity and life path, this is certainly not a clarifying moment, but help is on the way on the 25th as Mercury joins forces with Saturn to help cut through the fog and encourage logical, grounded, practical thinking. All of this eventually leads you to the Pisces New Moon on the 28th, so use all you’ve learned this month to start a new cycle of you. Oh, one more thing: on the 24th, Mars, which has been burning through your 5th house of dating and pleasure, finally stations direct, meaning your dating life should also. Happy February, Pisces!
