PREVIEW: first friday albany’s winter wonders market


“This holiday season, let’s shop small and support our talented artisans, ensuring that every purchase has a personal touch and strengthens our community.”

Are you an artist who creates products such as candles, pottery, jewelry, home decor, or other hand-crafted items and would like to be involved in First Friday Albany’s first Winter Wonders Market?

This is the official call for artists and vendors for this city-wide market.

If you are a venue that would like to be involved, you can get the process started by sending an email to: albanyfirstfriday@gmail.com

If you are an artist, maker, or creator that would like to feature your work, you can also send an email that includes a short description of your work, links to your website or socials, and a few images of items that you would like to feature.

The organizers of this event have made a commitment to a diverse mix of high-quality and handcrafted items and will be meticulously curating the participants to ensure that their standards are exceeded.

“As we launch the Winter Wonders Market for December’s First Friday, we invite the entire Albany community to come together and celebrate the incredible talent of our local makers and artists,” said Leanne Ricchiuti, First Friday Coordinator. “This holiday season, let’s shop small and support our talented artisans, ensuring that every purchase has a personal touch and strengthens our community.”

First Friday Albany is a wonderful evening that celebrates our local art and culture. It brings together not only fellow artists and creatives, but the community at large as well. With a backdrop of visual displays, interactive art installations, live music and more, this event is not to be missed.

The deadline to get involved is fast approaching, as all interested parties need to submit no later than 11/22
