The Hangar was shoulder to shoulder for the release event of the fall.

A wicked trifecta of celebrations made waves at The Hangar on the Hudson last night, where a majority of our staff joined a packed house of local music fans. We had the pleasure of joining forces with our first issue cover stars, Super 400, for a combined Metroland / album release show. The icing on the cake was guitarist Kenny Hohman announcing a personal cause for celebration, with a recent skin cancer diagnosis being successfully treated. The love in the room was palpable, with bassist Lori Friday speaking at length about the excitement of Metroland’s return, and encouraging folks to support old school media in lieu of doomscrolling. And the band felt the love right back, as the crowd danced and sang along to a tight-as-hell set that proved why Super 400 is one of the Capital Region’s biggest success stories. Thanks to everyone who came and supported this truly memorable night of celebration.
